‘‘जैन हिल्स’’ च्या परिसरात, आणि आपल्या कृतितून चांगुलपणाला गवसणी घालणार्‍या आपल्यासारख्या गुणी व्यक्तीमत्वाच्या सहवासात तीन दिवस राहण्याच्या योग आला.
विशिष्ट ध्येयाने झपाटलेली दोन विशाल व्यक्तिमत्वे एकत्र पाहताना पण अपूर्वाईच वाटत होती. अशक्यातून पडीक डोंगरावर आपण नंदनवन फुलवित आहात आणि यातून राज्याला नव्हेतर देशाला शेतीविषयक नवी दिशा देण्यात आपण यशस्वी झाला आहात. अनेक वर्षांपासुन डोंगराळ व पडीक असलेल्या व नदीकाठच्या घळीच्या प्रदेशाला आपण आधुनिक सिंचनाच्या तंत्राने पिकासाठी आणण्याची दिलेली नवी दृष्टी हे एक राज्याला वरदान ठरणार आहे. |
